The long-anticipated arrival of Charles Schwab from various parts of the U.S. has started. The total move-in process to the new campus of three mid-rise office buildings will take a few years. Ultimately it is reported that there will be approximately 650,000 square feet of office space which will house about 2,000 employees. The photo below is living proof as it shows cars parked on December 30, 2014, in front of one of the three major buildings.
The City of Lone Tree has been working on traffic signals, however they have plenty of adjustments to make still. As I was driving out of the campus today, the light to turn left on Park Meadows Boulevard took two light cycles before I got a left-hand signal. Then as I was attempting to turn left onto Lincoln Avenue, I went through, three, yes three, cycles before being given my left-hand arrow. I know these issues will get worked out, and the sooner the better.
